Support Pricing
Unlimited phone support is available for TURBO-Lease if you have a paid current support contract. Support hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm(MST). Please call (303) 986-1969.
Unlimited phone support is included for 90 days after installation. An annual software update and support service contract is available for purchase after this time.
A support and service contract offers two benefits. One, unlimited technical phone support is available to answer user questions directly related to the operation of TURBO-Lease. Second, when we release new versions, all users who have a paid current support contract will receive these version releases on a CD-Rom.
Users must have a paid current support contract to obtain phone support, receive new version releases, increase lease capacity or purchase an add on module. Any phone support request made without a current support contract will be billed at $90 per incident. If a support contract is not purchased, the cost of any future upgrade will be cost of the upgrade item plus the total of all past unpaid support contracts.
